1. B2B & Professional Use Only

Termnex is a business-to-business (B2B) platform. Our products (including wire ferrules, terminal blocks, cable glands, and accessories) are intended solely for professional use by businesses, industrial buyers, panel builders, and qualified electrical technicians. By placing an order or requesting samples, you represent that you are acting on behalf of a business entity and possess the technical competence to select, install, and use our products safely.

2. Inquiries, Quotations, and Orders

  • Quotations: All price quotations provided by us via email are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise in writing.
  • Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an inquiry confirmation or proforma invoice does not constitute our acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our sole discretion based on stock availability, material cost fluctuations, or shipping constraints.
  • Specifications: Product dimensions, materials, and certifications are specified in our datasheets. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify that the selected products meet their local regulatory and technical requirements before placing an order.

3. Samples Policy

We may provide product samples to qualified business buyers upon request. While samples up to a certain value may be provided free of charge at our discretion, the buyer is responsible for all shipping, customs clearance, and handling costs.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

  • Shipping Terms: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all international shipments are processed under EXW (Ex Works) or FOB (Free on Board) terms.
  • Risk of Loss: The risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery of the goods to the carrier (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS, or ocean freight forwarder).
  • Delivery Dates: Any delivery dates provided by us are estimated lead times. We are not liable for any losses, penalties, or damages resulting from shipping delays beyond our reasonable control.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TERMNEX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF REVENUE, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR SYSTEM DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR PRODUCTS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY THE BUYER TO US FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCTS GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

7. Changes to Terms of Service

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service at our discretion. The most current version will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
