The Site is operated under the Termnex brand from Yueqing, Zhejiang, China. Termnex is a business-to-business product information and inquiry platform for industrial wiring components.
By accessing or using this Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.
- Business-to-Business Website
Termnex provides product information, technical guidance and inquiry support for businesses, professional buyers, panel builders, electrical contractors and qualified technical users.
The Site does not currently provide an online checkout or automatic order acceptance. Product pages and inquiry forms are provided for business evaluation and quotation purposes.
- Product Information
We aim to keep product descriptions, dimensions, images and technical information accurate and useful. However, product information may be changed, updated or corrected without notice.
Information on the Site is provided for product-selection and inquiry purposes only. It is not a substitute for engineering review, installation instructions, applicable standards, local regulations or final technical documentation.

Any quotation, price, availability, lead time, sample arrangement, payment term, delivery term or product specification will be confirmed separately in writing.
A quotation is valid only for the period stated in that quotation. If no validity period is stated, the quotation may be withdrawn or revised before written acceptance.
A purchase contract is formed only when the parties have agreed to a written quotation, order confirmation, sales agreement or other written commercial document.
- Commercial and Delivery Terms
The applicable price, currency, taxes, customs responsibilities, payment method, delivery method, delivery location, inspection requirements and risk allocation will be stated in the applicable written quotation or sales document.
Where Incoterms® rules are used, the specific rule, named place or port and version will be stated in the applicable written document. General information on this Site does not replace the delivery terms agreed for a particular transaction.
The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery, customs and application information and for complying with import requirements in the destination country unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Samples and Product Evaluation
Samples may be available to qualified business buyers at our discretion. Any sample price, shipping charge, customs charge, handling charge and intended use will be agreed separately.
A sample request does not guarantee future availability, pricing, production capacity or acceptance of a purchase order.
- Website Use
You must use the Site lawfully and must not:
- interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems;
- submit false, misleading or unlawful information;
