One material route, three primary thread systems
Nylon cable glands are the non-metallic route in the Termnex cable-gland range. Buyers also use the broader name plastic cable gland; this catalogue route specifically uses PA66 nylon bodies with EPDM sealing components.
Choose the cable clamping range first, then match the enclosure thread and usable mounting depth. A thread label such as M20 does not describe the cable diameter. The cable gland size chart sets the Metric and PG ranges out as static tables if you would rather read them than filter.

Match the cable and the enclosure separately
Rendered examples show the selection difference; use the catalogue values in the table for dimensions. Unconfirmed external proportions remain visual proxies pending samples.
Measure cable outside diameter
Measure over the finished outer jacket. Choose a clamping range that contains that diameter; do not select from conductor cross-section.
Identify the mounting thread
Use the complete designation, such as M20 × 1.5, PG13.5 or 1/2 NPT. Similar-looking threads are not automatically interchangeable.
Check thread length
Confirm panel thickness, thread engagement and mounting space. Standard and extended-thread rows can share the same cable range.

A-type
